The GLP-1 programs we work with, held to one standard.

We partner with every program we list — then verify what each actually charges, who does the prescribing, which pharmacy fills the order, and how hard it is to leave, so you can choose for your state, your budget, and the care you expect.

No signup. No email gate. We don’t sell your data.

Three steps. Sixty seconds. No email.

01

Take the quiz

Five questions. Budget, state, clinical preference, basic profile. No medical history, no email, no insurance forms.

02

See your closest matches

The 3 programs from our 19-program directory that fit your state, budget, and clinical preference. The matching logic is shown next to each result — not a black box.

Each result links to our full provider review on this site. Outbound links to providers are clearly affiliate-tagged. We don’t collect medical info.

What we verify · how listings work

Four facts, verified. No grades. No rankings.

We don’t score programs, and we don’t publish a best-to-worst list — a single editorial number would imply a precision we don’t claim. Instead, for every program we list, we verify the same four things from primary sources and publish them as facts. The judgment stays with you.

Problems don’t vanish into fine print. When a program has documented FDA actions, complaint patterns, or regulatory history, that appears as a flag on its row and its page — where the detail belongs. And when we can’t verify something from a provider’s public materials — a sustained price, a named pharmacy, the cancellation channel — we show an em dash rather than a guess.

Clinical structure

Named provider vs rotating clinicians. Initial video vs async questionnaire. Follow-up cadence. Async response SLA. Verified by reading the provider’s own clinical-care page and a quarterly test consultation.

Cancellation friction

Two-click self-serve vs phone-only retention scripts. Pause options. Refund terms on first-dose adverse reactions. Verified by a real test cancellation conducted quarterly by an editorial team member, logged with timestamp.

Pharmacy transparency

Specific 503A or 503B partner pharmacies named on the order page, with license numbers we cross-check against state board records. Recent inspection dates. FDA action history. Verified semi-annually.

Customer reviews

We link each program’s Trustpilot and BBB profiles at source and report the platform’s own aggregate rating and count. We never write, paraphrase, or republish individual reviews. Refreshed monthly.

An absent number is not a low number. If a sustained monthly price for compounded sema, tirz, or brand-name isn’t on the operator’s site at the time of verification, we record the field as null, show an em dash, and queue it for follow-up research. We don’t guess, and we don’t fill the gap with a promotional price.

Cost is a tier, not a grade. Budget (under $200/mo), Mid ($200–500), Premium ($500+). The tier is shown next to the price and used by the quiz to keep matches inside your budget — it’s a label, never a judgment. State availability and BMI eligibility are binary filters: a provider that does not serve your state does not appear in your results, full stop.

What we don’t do.

The category is full of comparison sites that are funnels for one company. Here’s the boundary we keep:

  • Every program listed is a partner — we earn commission on outbound links, and we say so on every page rather than burying it. What commission cannot buy: a single verified fact, a hidden flag, or a featured slot.
  • We do not collect medical history in our quiz. No diagnoses, no current medications. Your answers do not become PHI.
  • We do not embed Meta or Google tracking pixels on the quiz page. (GoodRx was fined $1.5M by the FTC for that in 2023. We saw the lesson.)
  • We do correct mistakes publicly. Every correction is dated and visible.
Why this exists

1.7 million Americans started a GLP-1 in the last 12 months. Most overpaid.

The price gap between the cheapest and most expensive program for the same compounded medication is roughly seven times. The clinical model behind those programs varies from a five-minute async questionnaire to a named provider with weekly check-ins. Patients buy these programs without comparing because comparison is hard — dozens of providers, 50 state-by-state availability tables, four medication categories, and pricing pages designed to obscure rather than explain.

That’s the gap we close. A clear shortlist for your situation, in 60 seconds, no signup.

Showing 19 partner programs. We have an affiliate relationship with every program listed and earn commission when you sign up through our links — the facts on each row, and which programs are featured, are set by verification against primary sources, never by commission rate. Brand-name prices reflect each program’s cash price at last verification, not insurance-discounted cost. Found something wrong? Common questions

The hard ones, up front.

Read the guides →
01Why don’t you sell GLP-1 medication yourself?
We’re an editorial comparison directory, not a pharmacy or telehealth provider. No medication, no providers on our staff, no eligibility decisions made on this site. Every program we list is a partner: we earn affiliate commission when readers sign up through our outbound links, and we verify the same facts for every listing.
02Which provider is cheapest?
As of last verification, AgelessRx at $139/month for compounded semaglutide is the lowest sustained price in the directory. Cheapest is rarely best — AgelessRx is longevity-focused with lighter weight-management coaching. The 60-second quiz narrows by state, budget, and medication before recommending.
03Which provider serves my state?
Most national providers exclude Louisiana, Mississippi, and parts of the Carolinas. The quiz filters automatically. Every row in the directory expands to list state exclusions, sourced from each provider’s checkout flow rather than their marketing copy.
04Will my insurance cover Wegovy or Zepbound?
Coverage varies wildly by plan, employer, and state Medicaid rules. As a rough gauge: most commercial PPOs require step therapy and a BMI gate (≥30, or ≥27 with a comorbidity). Our state-by-state insurance guide breaks down what to expect on Aetna, BCBS, UHC, Cigna, and major Medicaid programs.
05What’s the difference between compounded and brand-name?
Brand-name (Wegovy, Ozempic, Zepbound, Mounjaro) is the FDA-approved manufactured product. Compounded semaglutide and tirzepatide are prepared by US-licensed 503A pharmacies for individual patients on a provider’s prescription, and are not FDA-approved. The two categories carry different safety, supply, and legal considerations — covered in our compounded vs brand-name explainer.
06Do you rank or score the programs?
No. We don’t publish a quality score or a best-to-worst list — a single editorial number implies a confidence in our own judgment that we don’t claim. We verify the same facts for every program, surface problems as flags, and feature the programs with the strongest verified third-party review records. Which trade-off matters most is your call, not ours.
07What happens if a provider changes their pricing?
We re-verify the index on a regular cadence. When a row changes, the “Last verified” date refreshes. If we get a fact wrong, we publish a correction visibly on the affected page, not silently.
